[Usage]R600a is also know as HC-600a, isobutane, i-butane or methylpropane. R600a is used for refrigerators, cold drink machines to replace R12. Isobutane is also used as a propellant for aerosol cans and foam products. R600a is used as part of blended fuels, especially common in fuel canisters used for camping. Isobutane is also used as a raw material in the manufacture of propylene oxide.
